PULSE POLIO IMMUNSIATION - Me at YARAB NAGAR(Bangalore Slum)

hi friends.... today was a different day from the routine... i had to attend the 'pulse polio immunisation programme'..... as i started my walk towards the polio booth.. it was a completely new world out there which is very much different from the place where i stay [2kms away]... that was a 'typical indian slum'...!!

The first thing i noticed was the houses where around 10-15 houses were there in a small area which would of the size of half of my lecture hall,they were like the bacterial colonies in culture media.

The kids out there were untidy, unhygenic, yet happy, joyful with their lives. The facilities out there were horrible without proper drinking water, sanitation,phc's etc.!! I realised that India will be really developed only when these places are taken care!! I wish i could solve their problems in future!!

"on the whole it was a boring day in a new environment[resembling 'slum dog millionaire'] but reminded me of my days when i was about 5-6yrs!!"

RIGHT NOW I'M DOING MY M.B.B.S IN KIMS, BANGALORE.
I HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER WHO IS DOING HIS B.TECH IN V.I.T,VELLORE.
I'm 'single',straight.... born on august 25,1989...!!
